Who I help
Businesses I Work With
Five trades with a page of their own, and one for everybody who is not on it.
What Changes Between Trades
Three things decide how a small business gets found here, whatever the trade. Something already ranks for the search you want, usually a marketplace or a directory running a page for every service crossed with every suburb. Something you pay for is taking a cut of work you could have had directly. And there is a rule somewhere governing what you are allowed to publish about yourself.
Where those three sit changes completely between trades. A remedial massage business can run a wall of client reviews across its home page, while the physiotherapist two doors down cannot publish one that mentions treatment, because physiotherapy is registered under the National Law and remedial massage is not. A holiday unit has a different version again, where the rate it may publish on its own website is governed by its agreements with the booking sites.
Working out where those three sit is the first week on any job, and it decides what the rest of the work is. For a business whose customers are nearby that is mostly local SEO and the Google Business Profile, and for a shop selling nationally it is the product feed and the pages behind it. The price does not change by trade and it is all set out on the pricing page.
Find Out What Is Costing You Enquiries
Send me the website and you get the three things holding it back, ranked, inside a business day. Gyms, law firms, nurseries and hire businesses get the same work as the five trades above, and where one has a platform or a rule I have not worked with before, I go and read it properly before quoting anything.

Frequently Asked Questions
Asked by the people who ring before they email.
Which industries are hardest to rank in Byron Bay?
Accommodation and restaurants. Booking sites hold a page for your property and national publishers hold every best places to eat list, and neither is worth attacking head on. What is winnable in accommodation is the property's own name and the searches that are not your name at all. In restaurants it is the listing, the menu and the searches that name a dish.
Does the price change depending on my industry?
No. A shop with two hundred products is more work than a five-page trade site, so the tier can differ, but nothing moves because of the industry itself. The tiers are on the pricing page.
Do you work with brand new businesses?
Yes, and the first three months look different. The Google listing has to be created and verified before anything else works, and every page gets written from scratch instead of fixed.
Do I need a new website before any of this works?
Usually not. Most of the first month happens in the Google listing and on pages that already exist, and a site that is slow or hard to read on a phone gets fixed rather than replaced. If it does need replacing, that is one of the six services and I build it.
