You Deal With Me
There is no account manager between us and nothing is handed to somebody else once you have signed. You get my mobile number and I answer it, and the contact page has the hours and my email address.
I run this on my own out of Byron Bay and work with businesses out through Bangalow and Lismore and up onto the Tweed Coast. Most of it happens on the phone and in a browser, and when something needs looking at in person I come to you.
How I Decide What to Do First
A results page is not a ranked list of the best businesses in town. It is a set of guesses about what the person typing wanted, assembled out of things anyone can go and check: what your pages say, what other websites say about you, and whether your name, address and phone number match everywhere they appear.
Once you have watched that happen from the inside, a ranking stops being a mystery and becomes a list of jobs. What is holding a small business back is usually three or four items on that list rather than thirty, and the work starts with finding out which ones.
The other thing that decides the order is how soon you need the phone to ring. Search work compounds, because the pages and the listing keep earning long after the month you paid for them, which is what makes it an asset rather than a cost, but it is slow to start. If you need enquiries this month I will tell you to put the money into Google Ads first and build the search work underneath it, even though the ads stop the day you stop paying.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ring me on 0418 291 227 if your question is not here.
How many businesses do you work with at once?
A small number, and deliberately so. Every client gets the same person doing the work from the first look through to the monthly update, which only holds up while the list stays short.
Would you work with a competitor of mine?
Not one competing for the same searches in the same town. If a second business in your category and your area asks, I tell them who I already work with and turn the job down.
What size business do you usually work with?
Mostly one to twenty people, where the person I speak to is the person who decides. At that size a few more enquiries a month is a real difference to the business, so the work pays for itself quickly.
