You tell me what the business does, which jobs you want more of and what has already been tried. I will ask what one customer is worth to you, because that decides where the effort goes.

What I would do first, in what order and what it costs, written down before any work starts.
Work starts
The first month goes on your website and your Google listing, and at the end of it you get an update showing where you are turning up and what has moved.
If You Would Rather Not Ring
Send the website through the free site check. I go through it myself rather than running it past a tool, and you get the two or three things I would fix first, in writing.

No. The first call is free and there is no obligation to start.
How quickly will you get back to me?
If I miss your call, I ring you back the same day.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. I'm based in Byron Bay and can meet businesses in person where that makes sense.
What do you need from me before the first call?
Nothing complicated. Your website is useful, along with a rough idea of what you want more of and where your customers are.
Do you work outside Byron Bay?
Yes. I work with businesses across the Northern Rivers and across Australia.
